In A Blissful Feast, Teresa Lust interweaves portraits of the people who served as her culinary guides with cultural and natural history in this exploration of authentic Italian cuisine. Along with recipes and food prep techniques, we learn about family connections and traditions.
Teresa Lust earned a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Dartmouth College with a concentration in creative writing. She studied Italian at Dartmouth and in Italy and currently teaches Italian for the Rassias Center for World Languages at Dartmouth, in addition to offering cooking classes. Her first book, Pass the Polenta, is a culinary memoir drawn from experiences cooking in farm-to-table restaurants along the West Coast and in New England.
